Semion Grafman: No. 1 on the list of Betach (Social Security) for the 26th Knesset.
Semion Grafman founded the Betach (Social Security) party in 2021 and heads it, and is running at No. 1 on its list for the 26th Knesset after the party failed to pass the electoral threshold in the 2022 election. Born in Dnipropetrovsk in the Soviet Union in 1975, he was convicted in the United States in 2009 of money laundering, insurance fraud and tax evasion, was sentenced to three years in prison and actually served one year before being deported to Israel. In a podcast in 2026 he said that laws are in the nature of a recommendation and that he has no problem with bribery.

No attendance at committee sessions was found in the 25th Knesset. Anyone who did not serve in the 25th Knesset does not sit on committees, so there is no record here.
