About the party

Noam: a list for the 26th Knesset with 16 candidates. The scores rest on the record of one of the candidates in previous Knessets. Plenum votes on bills are included up to 28 July 2026, and committee discussions up to 24 March 2026.

Noam is a party founded in July 2019 under the spiritual guidance of Rabbi Zvi Yisrael Thau, and headed by Avi Maoz. It withdrew from the race in September 2019, ran as part of the joint Religious Zionism list in 2021, in which Maoz was elected to the Knesset, and again in 2022, and split from it in November 2022. Under a coalition agreement with Likud, Maoz served as deputy minister in the Prime Minister's Office, and left the government in March 2025. At the end of July 2026 the party changed its name to Noam LeYisrael. According to its declaration, it seeks to serve as a bridge between the Haredi, Religious Zionist and traditional publics, and Maoz argued that a separate run by the party would help the national camp. It promotes an Orthodox and conservative Jewish identity, and opposes the advancement of LGBT rights and the Reform movement. The list is headed by Maoz, followed by Shimon Tubul and Eliyahu Libman.
