The Color Black, Guarding the World of Torah: a list for the 26th Knesset with 18 candidates.
The Color Black, Guarding the World of Torah, is a new Haredi party running for the first time in the election for the 26th Knesset. Its name is identical to the name of the "Color Black" alert hotline, which the Jerusalem Faction has operated since 2025 to summon protesters to the site of the arrest of those who did not report for the draft. The list was submitted to the Central Elections Committee in September 2026 and received the ballot letters "נר". According to the party, its sole purpose is to act in every legitimate way against what it calls the draft decree, and it will not agree to new compromise formulas. A senior figure in the party said that it seeks political power that will oblige any government to provide an answer to the draft issue, and that after the issue is resolved it will return the mandate. The list is headed by Rabbi Eliyahu Baumrind, head of the "Ma'atrei Shvi'i" network of Sabbath-eve kollels, followed by Rabbi Dror Degani and Rabbi Yonatan Issachar, heads of kollels. The list has 18 candidates.

The five committees that the list's members attended most in the 25th Knesset. “Spoke” is counted from the committee sessions that were analysed. The data has no committee membership list, so this is attendance and speaking, not formal membership.
No attendance at committee sessions was found in the 25th Knesset. A list that did not enter the Knesset does not sit on committees, so it has no record here.
The bills on which the list members' votes moved the votes-based score the most, on each axis. These are bills the list voted on, not bills it submitted: the data does not record who proposed a bill.
No votes by the list's members on analyzed bills were measured, so there is no record here.
